Refund policy
Due to every product being fulfilled as it's ordered, we cannot offer size exchanges or refunds. However, if an item is defective or you received the wrong item, please email us at orders@LegendaryRootz.com with your order number and billing address.
Please contact Legendary Rootz before returning any items.
It is appropriate that the consumer controls the delivery to verify that this is accurate and error-free. At the complaint, the customer contacts Legendary Rootz and gives information relevant and the reason for the complaint.
Transport Damage
If the product is lost or you, upon receiving, notice that the item has been damaged during transport, you should immediately report this to us. If a package is returned to us for any reason, you have 14 days to contact orders@LegendaryRootz.com for your item to be reshipped. If an incorrect address is provided, the customer is responsible for the shipping fee.
Unclaimed Packages
For packages that are not cashed at your post office within 14 days, Legendary Rootz reserves the right to charge you a handling fee to cover return shipping and freight companies' administrative costs.
After 15 business days, returned items will be marked as unclaimed and will be unable to be reshipped.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Legendary Rootz is not responsible for lost, stolen, or packages confirmed to be delivered to the address entered for an order. Upon inquiry, Legendary Rootz will confirm delivery to the address provided, date of delivery, tracking information and shipping carrier information for the customer to investigate.
